Our QELA e-bulletin is a periodic reminder and update to the general membership. Each issue will be posted on this page. Our e-bulletin has a similar goal as Espace alpha’s e-mail updates; it serves to better inform our members regarding the pertinent information that we receive on an ongoing basis.
