Who we are

The Quebec English Literacy Alliance (QELA) is a network of urban and rural literacy groups, supported by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport du Québec (MELS), promoting literacy training and information sharing activities. Made up of a literacy research centre, school boards and regional and local literacy councils, we help people and businesses succeed through learning.
