IFPCA Activities
|
The IFPCA Activities page presents a brief history and description of IFPCA projects. The IFPCA (Initiatives fédérales-provinciales conjointes en matière d'alphabétisation) program was created by the federal government in 1988. All provinces and territories participate in this program. In Québec, the IFPCA program was set up as a joint agreement. Québec coordinates school board projects, the projects of community-based literacy groups as well as projects from the central reserve (Réserve centrale). The Government of Canada finances projects presented by groups from Québec other than school boards and community-based literacy groups. |
